The spectra of ac conductivity in the frequency range from \(50 \mathrm{~Hz}\) to \(100 \mathrm{kHz}\) at temperature in the range from \(30^{\circ} \mathrm{C}\) to \(-65^{\circ} \mathrm{C}\) have been measured in a terbium nitrate crystal. The experimental results indicate a metastable property in
