โœฆ Synopsis


Measurements of differential resistance as a function of voltage bias for normal :superconductor point contacts of Ag:Nb, Cu:Nb and Al :Nb were made as a function of temperature. Andreev reflection of the charge carriers at the normal :superconductor interface is clearly observed. Good agreement between experiment and theory is obtained in the point contact (metallic microstriction) range.
