โฆ Synopsis
Thermodynamic calculations have been performed for the isotopic changes of the specific volume and the bulk modulus in diamonds, their temperature and pressure dependence. Effects are determined essentially by zero-point vibrations up to room temperature. The inversion of the sign of the volume isotopic shift with pressure seems to be possible in qualitative agreement with present experimental data.
