Techno-Crimes
are on the increase in the US. The number of victims -this is especially true of large organizations -continues to grow daily.Yet, few of its victims turn to prosecutors and other components of the legal edifice for help.Those that do, often find little or no solace. One high tech executive has aptly described the problem as "Alice in Wonderland...with no end in sight." That description is apropos for legal edifices the world over. For when it comes to Techno-crime, prosecutions, the US system, burdensome as it is, fares better than most. Management would do well to take note.
