β¦ Synopsis
The new type ROTAX spectrometer will achieve a high degree of scan flexibility and versatility by means of a non-uniform rotation of the analyser crystal. The limits of the technical performance are discussed in view of the scattering conditions for selected excitation to be measured with ROTAX.

This study investigated the behavior of apparent electrical resistivity of concrete mixes with the addition of rice husk ash using Wenner's four electrode method. Tests included compressive strength, porosity and electrical conductivity of the pore solution. The contents of rice husk ash tested were
The effect of the Lewis factor, or Lewis relation, on the performance prediction of natural draft and mechanical draft wet-cooling towers is investigated. The Lewis factor relates the relative rates of heat and mass transfer in wet-cooling towers. The history and development of the Lewis factor and
A core-based forwarding multicast protocol uses a core router as a traffic transit center: All multicast packets are first sent to the core, then distributed to destinations on a multicast tree rooted at the core. The purpose of this paper was to evaluate, via simulation, the effect of various core
In this work, we aim to answer the question: what does it take to create a competent CAD user? Certainly, the answer involves technical factors that provide the ability to learn as well as personal attributes and attitude. This paper starts with a description of the progress of a group of trainees a
