Eight-year-old Hazel can hardly believe it when her grandfather hands her the keys to the trunk and tells her she and her sister can pick whatever item they want to return next in the time machine. All they have to do is work together.
But working with her little sister isn't easy. And some of the items come with important warnings not to ruin history. So, naturally, those are the items Bess wants to choose. How are they ever going to work together? And how can Hazel keep her sister from ruining history?
