Abstract
Optisch aktive N‐Methyl‐β‐amino‐hydrozimtsäure und N.N‐Dimethyl‐β‐aminohydrozimtsäure sowie einige ihrer Derivate werden durch asymmetrische Synthese und durch Racematspaltung dargestellt. Die aus Taxin B^2)^ sowie durch eine neuartige direkte Racematspaltung erhältliche tertiäre β‐Aminosäure ist in Wasser rechtsdrehend ([α]~D~^20^ =+8.6°) und gehört der 1‐Reihe an.
