## Abstract Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) is a severe life‐threatening hematological disorder affecting the microcirculation of multiple organ systems. Infection, pregnancy, cancer, drugs, and surgery are frequently associated with the initial episodes and relapses. Women who are either
