✦ Synopsis
Commonly used syringes were found to adsorb nucleoside polyphosphates preferentially unlike other compounds tested. Pipetting errors due to this cause were obviated by the inclusion of 2 10 mM phosphate, citrate, or by the use of other devices for delivering microliter volumes.
