Abstract
Novel 1โ(2,4โdichlorophenyl)โ3โ[4โarylโ5โ(1__H__โ1,2,4โtriazolโ1โyl)thiazolโ2โyl] urea derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of 2โaminoโ4โsustituted phentylโ5โ(1__H__โ1,2,4โtriazolโ1โyl) thiazoles with 2,4โdichloroโ1โisocyanatobenzene. Structures of the title compounds were confirmed by the elemental analysis, ^1^H NMR, and single crystal Xโray diffraction analysis. Biological evaluation showed that some of them possess promising antitumor activities. ยฉ 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
