A novel method of measuring the temperature dependence of the full penetration field, Hp, of polycrystalline Y-Ba-Cu-O hollow cylinders (T O = 92 K) is reported. The probe, placed in the centre of the cylinder, is a polycrystalline Y-Ba-Cu-O bar whose critical current or flux flow voltage is measure
