✦ Synopsis
3-0-(3-hydroxypropyI)-l7P-estradiol chromium tricarbonyl 1 has been labeled in the 17a
position with deuterium or tritium. These complexes were prepared by reduction of the corresponding estrone by NaBD4 or NaB[3HJ4. The radioactive hormone was obtained in a solid state with a specific activity of 4.1 Ci/mmole, which is sufficiently high for hormone receptor binding studies.
