โœฆ Synopsis


As a study on the synthesis of polymer for fixing 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), the synthesis of polyether-bound 3-(5-fluorouracil-l-yl)propanoic acid (4) through ester bonds was carried out. For investigation of the release of 5-FU residue from 4, the enzymatic and non-enzymatic hydrolyses of the pendant ester bonds in particular polyethers were investigated itt vitro.
