Abstract

Several ethyl 3‐[(3‐aryl‐4‐methyl)‐2(1__H__)‐pyrrolyl]‐4‐methyl‐1__H__‐pyrrole‐2‐carboxylates have been synthesized using two successive ethyl isocyanide addition‐cyclizations to the appropriate nitropropene derivatives.
