โฆ Synopsis
Differentially substituted indoiocarbazoles are readily prepared via a synthetic route employing two palladium catalyzed reactions. First, biindoles are prepared from a palladium catalyzed cross coupling reaction. Second, a new palladium catalyzed benzannulation reaction employing biindolyl iodides and alkynes provides indolocarbazoles.
