Abstract

The article reports reactions of a series of known alkyl 2‐(cyanomethyl)‐4‐methyl‐3‐quinolinecarboxylates. In the course of the present study the synthesis of new heterocyclic derivatives of alkyl 2‐(cyanomethyl)‐4‐methyl‐3‐quinolinecarboxylates was achieved. J. Heterocyclic Chem., (2011).
