✦ Synopsis
Abstract
The syntheses of four specifically‐deuterated 2,3‐benzo‐7‐azanorbornane derivatives and three specifically‐deuterated 5,6‐benzo‐2‐azabicyclo[2.2.2]octane derivatives are described.
📜 SIMILAR VOLUMES
The synthesis of three deuterated analogues[d4, d and d ,2]octane is described. The compounds prepared were of high isotopic purity and were used in metabolism and bioavailability studies.
