## Abstract Efficient synthesis of polydeuterated di‐__O__‐sulfates of three isoflavones, daidzein (**1**), genistein (**2**), glycitein (**3**), is described. The isoflavones were first deuterated with CF~3~COOD under microwave irradiation to yield daidzein‐__d__~6~ (**4**), genistein‐__d__~4~ (**
