Thiazine derivatives R 0610 Synthesis of a Novel Heterocyclic System: 2H-Furo[3,2-b][1,4]benzothiazin--2-one. -The cyclocondensation of o-aminothiophenols (I) with citraconic anhydride (II) proceeds with good regioselectivity to give the benzothiazepinones (IV).
