The title compound, C 29 H 25 ClNO 2 P, exists in the Z form. The short CÁ Á ÁO [2.700 (4) A ˚] and CÁ Á ÁN [2.963 (4) A ˚and 2.988 (5) A ˚] intramolecular contacts may indicate the presence of weak intramolecular hydrogen bonds.
