'Ibe complex [Cu( L-phe)(TATp)(~O)Ic1o,~O.5H~O has been synthesizes and investigated by elemental analysis, mdar conductivity, spectroscopic and X-ray diffkacfioo methods, where TATP = 1,4,8, Ptetraazetriphenylene and L-phe = Lphenylaninate group. The complex aystallizg in the triclinic space group PI with two molecules in a unit cell of dimensions a=O.mO(l), b=1.0190(2), c=2.1430(4), a = 97.50 ( 1 ) ' . 8=95.33(3)', y = 102.85(1)', V = 1.1998(4) d , R,=0.0360, wRz=0.0400.
