New fluoroalkyl end-capped oligomers containing pendant phosphoric acid groups were prepared by the reactions of the corresponding monomer with fluoroalkanoyl peroxides. It was demonstrated that not only strong aggregations of fluoroalkyl segments but also hydrogen bonding could interact synergistic
