✦ Synopsis

A novel resin-bound chlorostannane has been developed from Merrifield resin for use in solid-phase organic synthesis. This polymer was coupled with functionalized aryl-, heterocyclic-, benzyl-and styrylzinc halides to afford resin-bound functionalized organostannanes with complete conversion as shown by gel-phase 13 C NMR analysis.
