Three 4-chlorophenyl diaminoalkylthiophasphate esters of WR -2721, WR-3689 and WR-151327 were synthesized and evaluated for in vitro cytotoxicity and in vitro and in vivo radioprotective efficacy against Chinese hamster V-79 cells and CD2F1 male mice, respectively.
