Abstract

Condensation of [^125^I]‐Bolton/Hunter reagent with N‐desmethylzopiclone lead to the title compound which was isolated and purified by normal phase HPLC, in combination with gamma counting detection. The introduction of the prosthetic group into the tracer precursor was proven by L‐SIMS.
