Experimental
General considerations
Solvents were dried by standad methods and distilled under nitrogen prior to use. Reagent grade chemicals were used in all experiments without further p d ication. Elemental analysis was pedomed on an EFBA-1106 instrument (Italy) . Cu and P contents were determined using a JA%-970 spectrometer. IR spectra were recorded on a Nicolet 170SX I R spectmphotometer. TG-DTA spectra were recorded on a PE-ES-2 instrument. 3'P NMR spectra were taken on a Bruker AM-500 spectrometer in cM=13 with 85% H#O4 as external reference. XPS spectra were recorded on VGESCtlLAB MK II instrument with AI K, radiation. High voltage, elmtric current and vacuum were set at 12.5 kV, 20 mA and 6 x lo4 Pa, respectively.
