The polymer latexes of poly(MMA-AA) were synthesized using two techniques: soapless seeded emulsion polymerization, and soapless emulsion copolymerization. Then a series of rigid polymer films containing a COOH group were prepared from the synthesized latex. The humidity-sensitive properties of the
