## Abstract Uncharged derivatives of thioflavin‐T have known __in vitro__ and __in vivo__ affinity for amyloid Ξ². We synthesized and evaluated two derivatives with a fluorine‐18 labelled fluoropropoxy substituent either at the 6‐position or at the 2′‐position of the 2‐(4′‐aminophenyl)‐1,3‐benzothia
