This compound, -La 3 RuO 7 , crystallizes in the P2 1 /c space group with a unit cell of a ‫؍‬ 8.8388(3) A > , b ‫؍‬ 5.6960(1) A > , c ‫؍‬ 12.5830(3) A > , and ‫؍‬ 104.729(1)3, as re-5ned from powder neutron di4raction data.
