## Abstract Sulforaphane (SFN), a naturally occurring isothiocyanate present in broccoli, shows strong evidence of anti‐carcinogenic activity. The mechanism of action, absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion of the compound is however still poorly understood and requires a stable isotope
