A new kind of ultraviolet (UV)-curable waterborne polyurethane-acrylate (PUA) ionomer, prepared from toluene diisocyanate (TDI), polyethylene glycol (PEG), dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA), triethylamine (TEA), and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA), was synthesized by the modified prepolymer mixing
