Abstract

We report first to date β€˜green’ metalorganic‐free synthesis of colloidal GaSe nanocrystals. Structure and optical properties of gallium selenide nanocrystals dispersed in oleylamine are discusses in respect to that conventionally prepared in alkylphosphonic solutions.
