## Abstract Quaternary aminopyridinium salts were employed in antimicrobial finishing wool fabrics. The effects of alkyl chain length in the salts, pH conditions of finishing baths, finishing time and temperature, and salt concentrations were investigated. The incorporated quaternary aminopyridiniu
