β¦ Synopsis
2-Sulphonic diphenylamine-4-diazonium salt (SDDS) and its diazoresin were synthesized and their thermal stability and photosensitivity were investigated. The results show that the thermal stability of SDDS is better than that of diphenylamine-4-diazonium salt (DDS), and is close to that of 3-methoxy-diphenylamine-4-diazonium salt (MDDS). The SDDS and its diazoresin are highly susceptible to UV light. The photoimaging behaviour of SDDS-resin was subject to a preliminary study.
