## ABSTRACT The method is based on the fact that dipyridamole can enhance the chemiluminescence (CL) emission from the redox reaction of bis (2,4,6‐tricholorophenyl) oxalate (TCPO) with H~2~O~2~ in the presence of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs). The CL reaction mechanism was discussed. The effect of
