Die Synthese der Ester 3-6 von Bendazac, Indometacin, Pirazolac und Ibuprofen mit Hydrocortison (1) wird beschrieben. Die entziindungshemmende Aktivitat dieser Ester wurde im Vergleich zu Hydrocortisonacetat (2) im Oxazolon-, Adjuvans-Odem-und Vasokonstriktions-Test untersucht.
Syntheses and Antiintlammatory Activities of the Esters of AntiphlogisticpUy Effective Carboxylic Acids with Hydrocortisone
Syntheses of the esters 3-6 of bendazac, indometacin, pirazolac and ibuprofen with hydrocortisone (1) are described. The antiinflammatory activities of these esters relative to that of hydrocortisone acetate (2) were determined in the oxazolone, adjuvans edema, and vasoconstriction assays.
