Abstract

Die Darstellung folgender Colchicin‐Derivate wird beschrieben: N‐Halogenacetyl‐desacetylcolchicine 2, N‐Halogenacetyl‐14‐dimethylamino‐14‐desmethoxy‐desacetylcolchicine 3 und N‐Halogenacetyl‐14‐methylthio‐14‐desmethoxy‐desacetylcolchicine 4. Die Verbindungen 2a und 4c zeigen hohe antimitotische Wirksamkeit, welche die des Colchicins (1a) bis 10fach übertrifft.
