Abstract
Es wird die Synthese einer kovalenten Verbindung aus Alginsäure (Mol.‐Gew. 47500) und Rinderserumalbumin, reinst, (RSA) (Mol.‐Gew. 64000) nach der Azid‐Methode beschrieben. Das Algicle‐RSA wurde durch fraktionierte Elektrophorese rein erhalten. Es enthielt 45% Kohlenhydrat und 55% Protein. Das Molekulargewicht, bestimmt in der Ultrazentrifuge, beträgt 340000. Das Produkt ist elektrophoretisch einheitlich.
