Schmelzp. 223 O, Mischschmelzp. mit Oktacetylcellobiose 224 O; Ansbeute 0,07 g. Fermentspaltung des CeZlosans. 51,l mg Cellosan, 10 ccm Wasser, 10 ccm Titrationen nach 0 und nach 24 Stunden mit je 10 ccm, nach 48 Stun-Citratpuffer (pH 5), 5 ccm Malzauszug; T = 37 O. den init 4 ccm.
