Eingegangen am 21. Januar 1985 Die Titelverbindung 4 (= 13a) wurde uber ihr Tetra-0-formyl-Derivat 12a synthetisiert ausgehend von N-Formyldehydrovalin 5a. Analog wurden die Strukturvarianten 12b-d und 15a, c und d gewonnen, die unterschiedliche ,,Endgruppen" an der Doppelbindung und/oder als Zuckerbaustein L-Threit statt D-Mannit besitzen.
Synthesis of the Antibiotic A 32390 A [1,6-Di-O-(2-isocyano-3-1nethylcrotonoyl)-~-mannitol] and Several Structural Variants
The title compound 4 (= 13a) was synthesized via its tetra-0-formyl derivative 12a starting with the N-formyldehydrovaline 5a. Analogously, the structural variants 12b-d and 15a, c, and d were prepared which have different ,,end groups" at the double bond and/or L-threitol instead of D-manIIitOl as the sugar building unit.
