Abstract
Synthesis of the Cycloamides of xylo‐3′‐Amino‐3′‐deoxyadenosine −5′‐phosphoric Acid and −5′‐thionophosphoric Acid, two New cAMP Analogues
xylo‐3′‐Amino‐3′‐deoxyadenosine (1) reacts with phosphoryl chloride or with thiophosphoryl chloride to yield the adenosine‐3′,5′‐cyclophosphates 3a or 3b, respectively, in high yields.
