An 84-year-old patient with severe aortic valve stenosis suffered Swan-Ganz catheterinduced massive pulmonary hemorrhage. Immediate therapeutic embolism of the segmental artery by using a liquid, tissue-adhesive, occlusive agent (isobutyl-2-cyanoacrylate) controlled bleeding.
