## Abstract Multiple system atrophy (MSA) is a rare sporadic progressive neurodegenerative disorder. MSA risk factors are poorly known. The objectives of this caseβcontrol study were to study environmental risk factors associated with MSA. Cases were recruited through five French referral centers.
