Thyroglossal duct anomalies and dermoid cysts comprise the vast majority of congenital midline cervical masses seen in children. Unusual lesions of the midline neck include ranulae and midline cervical clefts. Workup and management is lesion-dependent, and an accurate preoperative diagnosis is essen
