## Abstract This paper describes a novel process that is stretching‐controlled thermal micromolding, to fabricate bionic superhydrophobic polyethylene films. Low‐density polyethylene was thermally pressed in a vacuum oven onto PDMS stamps replicated from lotus leaves. After being cooled and peeled
