Surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) was used to study phospholipid monolayers transferred by the Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) technique to SERS active substrates. These substrates, which were constituted of gold colloidal nanoparticles bound to polysilane films grafted onto glass plates, showed a uni
