## Abstract ## Objectives/Hypothesis: Supracricoid laryngectomies (SCL) are conservative surgical techniques for the treatment of selected laryngeal carcinomas, currently adopted also in old patients. Long‐term functional results have not been reported in elderly patients. The aim of this study is
