## Abstract Alterations of the key regulators of osteoclastogenesis, receptor activator of NF‐kappaB (RANK), RANK ligand (RANKL), and osteoprotegerin (OPG) have been implicated in wear particle–induced osteolysis, the most common cause for implant failure in total joint replacements. This study inv
