From the detailed analysis of Raman electron-phonon coupled modes which carrier concentration dependence of polarons and localized bipolarons. The extent in BKB is larger than in between these two electronic states spectra in BaPbl-xBix03 (BPB) and BaxKl-xBi03 (BKB) five originate in the breathing mode were extracted. The doped those modes suggests the coexistence of the itinerant large The itinerant state has a finite extent of the wave function. BPB, which advantages the high T c . The strong interactions is a possible origin of the superconductivity.
