Superconducting properties of Na-doped C60 prepared from sodium azide

✦ Synopsis

We have systematically studied a new Na-doped C6o superconductor prepared from sodium azide (NAN3). The volume fraction of superconducting phase in the best sample was 38%. We present the experimental results of the low-field signal (LFS) of microwave absorption, magnetization, and ESR. The superconducting phase seems to have a f.c.c, lattice with a= 14.33 A. Several parameters which characterize the superconductivity of this compound were estimated from LFS and magnetic experiment.
